Size affects logistics significantly but it doesn’t change our approach: every event starts with a genuine understanding of your objectives and your audience. How does a hybrid conference actually work in practice?
Our tried and tested white-label platform allows virtual attendees to do far more than watch a livestream. They can join breakout spaces, socialise with other attendees, participate in live polls, and access on-demand content after the event. The key to a successful hybrid conference is treating both audiences as equally important from the outset, not adding a virtual element as an afterthought to an in-person event. We build the two experiences in parallel so neither feels compromised.
We want our awards ceremony to feel genuinely special, not like a standard industry dinner. Is that achievable?
It’s not only achievable, it’s the only version worth doing. Awards evenings have a reputation for feeling formulaic, and that reputation exists because too many of them are. For smaller events, six months is usually workable, though popular London venues book up faster than most people expect. If you’re working to a tighter timeline, come to us anyway: we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable and move quickly where we can. The earlier the conversation, the more options you have.
Can you manage the speaker liaison and run-of-show as well as the venue and production?
Yes. Pre-event communication, delegate management, speaker briefings, run-of-show, on-the-day coordination – we manage the full picture from initial brief through to the last guest leaving.
